Yes, I'm seeing it as well. I've had a number of emails either bounce or get caught by Declude due to missing MX records. I've been testing this for a good part of the morning. When I do lookups for domains I get "No MX Records" or "No A records". Either that or I get an IP and MX record but the server(s) don't respond in a "timely" fashion if at all.
