Certainly. We use a SQL stored proc to run it, parse the results, and email us, but you could also do it with a batch file or vbscript.

It only shows incoming and outgoing by domain, but if we see an abnormally high amount being sent out from a domain on a given day then we contact them to see what they're doing.
