"Can be achieved"? With what software? Look, you're faced with the current feature set of your installed platform(s). Your solution of making port 25 the alternative auth-only port sounds like a fine one, as Postfix can deliver to another port. Have you tried it? BTW, generally speaking, questioning the skills or application-to-task of software developers (commercial or internal) is not the way to get your requests implemented. Tripp already mentioned that the alternative port feature was not expected to be in this release, let alone additional sub-features. You're going to have to live with it or work around it, not complain about salaries and time. --Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] SpamAssassin plugs into Declude! http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/SPAMC32/download/release/ Defuse Dictionary Attacks: Turn Exchange or IMail mailboxes into IMail Aliases! http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/exchange2aliases/download/release/ http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/ldap2aliases/download/release/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
