We use and highly recommend the Declude products prior to version 2.x that was launched at the beginning of this year.  There have been numerous issues with the new version, due in part to a turnover in personnel within the company.  I know they're trying very hard to address the issues and get a stable 2.x product out.   While we eagerly look forward to a stable 2.x product with some new features, we remain extremely happy with the 1.8x product...and the products are extremely extensible for creating your own filters.   Declude plus Message Sniffer (an absolute must) is an unbeatable combo in our books.
