Stop the IMail services, then use regedt, make the changes detailed in the
KB.  Close regedit, then restaret the IMail services.  No reboot is
required.

If you are adding/changing IPs on the machine, no reboot is required unless
you are using NT4.  WIN2K usually brings the new IPs on-line without a
hitch.
