We have a customer http upload script that we use.  It integrates right
into the site, they can click the link,  browse for the file to upload,
upload it, then it sends an email to the site owner that the file is
there, they click the link to download the file, then on successful d/l
it deletes the file. 

It also calculates the file size and charges accordingly since we are on
90th percentile bandwidth at our hosting company.  Then it sends the
amount they owe for each file to our online accounting system and is
automatically added to their monthly bill.
