Aaron, I have had luck using CCleaner (google it) it is a nice free utility that clears out some stuff that standard clearing procedures miss.
Check to see if the user has installed any pop-up blockers - that has caused me some headaches in the past. Also I've had to disable/remove some firewalls - ESPECIALLY McAffe to get web messaging to work. Lastly see if you can get the user to add your web messaging site to the trusted sites list, in case they have blocked stuff within IE. I've tried it all, emptying cache, clearing out saved forms, everything. I'm at wits end. I can log in to his account from Firefox and IE on my machines (Linux and Win2k), so I'm stumped. Is there are any other possible solutions out there? -- Aaron Clausen To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus] --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
