You may want to talk with Lauren Weinstein about your changes, and
coordinate your changes with his to support UIDVALIDITY/UIDNEXT across
mh pack.

MH inbox when there is a .mh_profile available in the users home
directory.
imap-2006 has an "mh_allow_inbox" flag that does this.
It isn't that I don't like mh inbox being INBOX, it's that it causes bad
effects for people who are not expecting it (specifically people who tried
mh and abandoned it without deleting their mh files).
