I have no idea what "Idle failed" means. That is is not a message that UW imapd generates; and I don't know what Entourage is talking about when it says that.
Is there some way to get Entourage to record of transcript of the IMAP protocol that it is sending and receiving?
I know that this is supposed to indicate a problem in the client, but as this is a "new thing", I wondered is this is something that 2006b fixes, or if I should just tell them it is a client error and to turn IDLE off if possible?
