Hmm, in mixfmt it does actually list 7 fields, so isiz is missing from
the list and I'm confused about the order.
The text and ordering later on in mixfmt.txt is correct, and that 6-field
line is wrong. I've just updated mixfmt.txt in imap-2006e to account for
it.
