All three are correct, and are in the imap-2006f development snapshot
tarball on
ftp://ftp.cac.washington.edu/mail/imap-2006f.DEV.tar.Z
In fact, your bugfix is currently the only change in imap-2006f from
imap-2006e! Congrats on first patch... ;-)
