That call is equivalent to mail_fetch_message (vImapStream, 1, &len, NIL)

That is, it fetches the entire message as your example shows.

You show this function as fetching the entire message.  I don't believe that.
No IMAP server can be that broken.  This is probably a bug in your program.

Are you aware that the same buffer can be used multiple times?  After you
call a mail_fetch....() function, the returned buffer is only good until the
next time you call a mail_fetch......() function.
