Hello Everybody

We assume the following process is behind this password request:

/usr/bin/rsh XXXXX -l XXXXX exec /etc/rimapd

Can someone tell us how to compile the UW package on Ubuntu 64 correctly
to get rid of this useless password request?

I suspect it's rsh that's asking for the password and not rimapd

It looks like rsh is being used to remotely start rimapd on a different
server and rsh can't log onto the remote server with out a password.

If this is the case you need to examine your rsh and .rhosts configs.
