Hi, I am wanting to write a MySQL backend for wu-imap. Before I start, I would like to get a bit of information, etc...
1) What headers need to be stored in their own fields? I am guessing that From, To and Message-ID, am I missing any? 2) Is it currently possible to have different mailbox formats for different users, or is it all or nothing? Reasons : 1) Speed mbox is slow and not indexed 2) Reliability mbox is not robust or stable 3) Distributed If you have a MySQL backend you can have your mail store somewhere else.
