It depends upon the SMTP server that is used. UW imapd on Windows 2000 knows about the UNIX mailbox format (which is used by some Windows SMTP servers), but does not know about the mailbox format used by IIS. So, you must write a driver for UW imapd that knows about IIS format. This is much more than altering env_nt.c.
