I am running WU imap/pop server on a Linux server. Few of my end-users that use pop commonly complain about downloading old mail. This gets really annoying especially when it happen few time in a month. This problem happens especially with traveling field folks who uses 56k line to access their emails and when they come to work and connect to fast network 1000s of old email appear. I am wondering if you any of you have a solution to this? I am wondering if I should install qpopper V4.x and somehow only use IMAP only from WU. Appreciate your suggestions.
