I have a query on how untagged responses should work. I can't see discussion of this in 2180 or 2060; apologies if I've missed it.
Suppose: - You have a mailbox selected on one session containing 2 messages. - 3 messages are APPENDed, and 1 of them expunged by another session. - The first session issues a NOOP. What notifications should it get back?
