that can be a standard possibility

maybe you could implement some command :

01 FETCH 5 (FLAGS)
02 XENABLEFETCH
02 XENABLEFETCH OK
03 FETCH 5 (FLAGS)
* ...
03 FETCH OK

or something like that.

In fact, to avoid forwarding of message, you have to disable the FETCH 
command. Then, no possibility to read e-mails. People can still forward 
with copy-paste or other tricks.
