IMAP4 & IMAP4rev1 Capability Response

Hi, Have others seen this peculiar message from an IMAP server ? Both versions are announced. As far as I know IMAP has no protocol primitives to select what protocol version the client likes to use. The ID extension is not supported by this IMAP server which could have provided more info about what implementation it is. IMAP4 supports PARTIAL command. This command is refused. IMAP4rev1 supports partial as an option <xx.yy> appended to FETCH BODY[]. This command is also refused. BODY[] works however. Any knowledge about vendors who has implemented such a IMAP server ?
