I don't deal with PIX syntax just IOS so this may not be of use but
here's two possible workarounds.

a) If PIXes have a loopback interface you might be able to do something
   similar to NAT on a stick where you get a second chance to affect a
   packet.

b) Assign a secondary IP address to the host in question and redirect
   one of the ports to that address.
