I am also running clamav and it blocks most of the virus messages. However it doesn't block the virus in an encrypted zip file. But IMgate hands off the message to an internal mail server with McAfee groupshield on it that does catch the encrypted ones which is only 2-3 a week. Postgrey really cut down on our virus troubles as well, with similar results that Len posted.
