Many of my customers started complaining that they are not getting emails from hotmail. After digging I found out that few hotmail servers got listed in TQM, UCE-PROTECT1/2 , and Sorbs !!
Just an FYI, I am personally going to start whitelisting hotmail mail servers. One missed legit email is worse than a hundred incoming spam messages in my experience when it comes to client expectations.
