Well the website is up and the RBL appears down. So I was wondering if
others saw this in their logs as well.

I am not too concerned with postfix's performance as we recently upgraded
our box to a much more powerful system and our mail volume is probably small
in comparison to others.

"RBL lookup error: Host or domain name not found. Name service error 
for ..." is the msg when the RBL goes down.  This RBL error will kill 
performance of postfix, since every RBL query will take 80 seconds to 
time out, with postfix perhaps running out of smptd processs or memory.
