Since postfix isn't happy with some data from Imail at the ehlo/helo step, I would change this: smtpd_helo_required = yes to no, and see if Imail outbound works. Imail logging is pretty lightweight compared to postfix, but I would turn on Imail SMTP debug logging to see if it logs the helo/ehlo string that postfix can't even display. Len
