delphi.com must be in from_sender_bogus.map, but the msg is coming from an unknown ip 12.47.224.16 so that why it is rejected. if you trust that ip, white list it mta_clients_bw, or tell the user to send from a delphi.com PTR ip that is verifiable. Len
