We purchased and used Sniffer for one year but decided not to renew it for
this year for the following reasons:

1.) After installing IMGate, there wasn't much junkmail left for Sniffer to
catch.
2.) Sniffer identified too many "false positives" in some of the domains we
host.

It's important to note that the false positives may not have been a problem
for most typical commercial and consumer accounts. They were primarily in
messages for public service and government users.

Sniffer's developers always responded promptly and offered intensive tech
support with frequent updates. We have agreed to consider evaluating their
next generation product when it is released.
