... has compiled the postfix.org website and doc's released in the postfix 
src into .pdf's that can be had here:

The huge advantage, and I thank him/her silently EVERY time I do it, is 
that you can search the postfix documentation base via the Acroboat reader 
search function, which you cannot do on the website.

He also hypertext-linked the .pdf so that links in the .pdf actually take 
you to other points in the .pdf.  tres cool and super useful, every day.

One huge obstacle-to-RTFM obliterated.

He also has a text file in that web site directory with some useful 
examples of crontab'bing pflogsumm reports.
