If doing the standard config, I think it is the BW file. If no one else answers, try getting the list of files from them, or have them look at main.cf and tell you what the restrictions order is there. Also, did you set up SSH on that machine? It is by default in FreeBSD. http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/ That free program can let you log in remotely via SSH. Normally you can not log into root by SSH. So you need an account in the wheel group to log into, then su to root. Since this is the advisable way to admin a machine even if at the keyboard it should not be too huge a deal. No account?
