somewhere in one of your files used by smtpd, you have a syntax error. just look for it, it ain't easy. one hint is to look in the maillog around that error and see what sender or recipient or ip or whatever was being processed by the SMTPD process. but sometimes it can be difficult to find. feel lucky that your error isn't causing the rejection of all your incoming.
