You're right, len, but does he have any better choice ?
This will unfilter at least %10 of the spam, and let it go thru bypassing
the rbl's, making the customer happy, giving him what he wants. The point is
that the customer will never know what spam he has been missing, the only
thing he knows that he asked to receive spam, and now he is getting some.
Enough to make him happy. :-)
