because the 451 doesn't appear for every domain, it probably an error in an external file. this can be difficult because the error is in main.cf or in one of the its external files. start by looking everywhere where rp-l.com is listed, for a syntax error. if not there, you just have to look at main.cf carefully and check the syntax of each param. you could also add -v to the smtpd line master.cf and try to find the error there. man master Len
