Yah, and there are the ones that direct mail to
mail./smtp./smtpd./imap./pop./pop3.<insert_domain_here> while ignoring MX
records.

Don't you just love spam software?  It makes our life so. . . . BUSY!

Also, they can use things like HTML comments to avoid body checks.  Makes
it hard to lock everything down.
