NO seven bit characters are allowed in a header.  Instead, they need to be
encoded.

The problem is there are many poorly written mail clients that do not
properly encode these characters.

You need to turn off your strict seven bit header checks.



MMM found that out here too its mail coming from our major bank here in nrway with 
receipts of payments, i blocked here not so
popular :o)
