The names of the columns (sometimes referred to as fields) and table(s)
storing the email addresses in question (or if you have the whole
database schema, that would be fine, too).

I would suspect that the email addresses are all stored in one column of
one table, so I'm not thinking this would be a really complicated select
statement.

We should probably take the details off the list, I can post the results
back here if the others are interested.
