Yep.  Although that is now unreachable.  Not sure if it got pulled or DoS'd.

There was a post to postfix-users to use the new policy daemon to "compares 
sender addresses against bogus .net lookup addressess, and if the sender 
matches that wildcarded IP, reject the mail."  Requires a recent snapshot.
