Since I updated my Postfix to snapshot 2.0.16 I'm seeing these entries in my logs:
Sender address rejected: Unable to look up MX host example.com I would like to know where this check is configured in main.cf, if it can be disabled or better whitelisted by IP, I know that is an important check but today I've an important customer that is not receiving mails from a domain that has errors in it's MX records and the domain administrator is sick in a hospital, I tried to whitelist the sender server's IP in mta_clients_bw.map and the sender's domain in from_senders_bw.map without success. My postconf | egrep lookup shows this: disable_dns_lookups = no ignore_mx_lookup_error = yes smtp_host_lookup = dns, native smtpd_null_access_lookup_key = <> Any help is appreciated.
