The asterisk means that is being processed.  The first address should be the 
sender and the second the recipient.  I'd grep for that queue id after it is 
processed and see what happened.

That's a bounce and the server is timing out.  When I see these on a system 
we don't do any blocking on, it is almost always spam.  The 'connection 
refused' even more so.
