Because I am seeing the subject that got blocked.

Herbalife is indeed one of our major clients, and this is a reply to one of
my CSR's. But either way, in this case is the subject not: " R: Questions on
your documents" ?


Here are another two that make no sense:

Maybe it is the word "Documents", but it is not in that line of the regexp
check.

Oh wait, I see it! It is the word "cum" in the word documents.
