[IMGate] Another RBL

Well, with the going down of those bigger RBL's, like Osirusoft and all,
I've created my own, in case anybody else wants to use it, bl.blueshore.net
It works best for me, since I've tailored it to those IP addresses caught as
SPAM by the postfix I configured.  I also have a script for extracting the
IP address (and from, subject, and to) from messages, that puts it in a
database if anyone's interested.
