I have proposed to one of my IMGate clients that he set up a page like AOL has:

http://postmaster.hisdomain.com

.... on which he and I will put together some generic text about 
"credentials" settings for SMTP/DNS, and point rejecteds and complainers to 
that page.  I'm sure he will agree to any of you copying it to your site.

As if anybody actually reads the custom texts of our reject messages (or 
anything else), one could add that URL to the reject messages.

Also, the URL could be announced your postfix's SMTPD greeting line:

smtpd_banner = $myhostname - ESMTP - $mail_name -  Read our mail policies: 
http://postmaster.mydomain.com
