Also, I would agree that these lists are probably monitored by spammers and anti-spammers a like, as it's a constant battle. But, I'm working on getting the load for this RBL spread out across a number of servers in different networks. It seems though that spammers have a much greater amount of resources than we have, but I'm still pretty confident in my methods. The reason I mention my RBL list in a public sense, is that I want it to be publically beneficial.
Also in regards to all major RBL's being DOS'd out of existence, I think it'll be like file-sharing programs, in that just as fast as the spammers take them out, more will spring up, at least that would be my hope anyway.
