That's not the typical experience, but since it's yours, turn off the filters that are catching legit servers (which are what filters?) and let it all through. Some Some IMGates do have a more traffic from screwed up "legit" servers with bad SMTP and DNS settings, extremely slow MXs (SAV/RAV give up), so the whitelisting can get onerous, esp in the beginning. But mostly, the amt of whitelisting is tolerable. Len
