For AOL bounces, you should contact them and they can likely add the forged 
domain to their filters (assuming that domain doesn't rely on communicating 
w/AOL users).  Call their postmaster desk instead of emailing--much quicker: 
  http://postmaster.info.aol.com/contact/index.html

Sorry I don't have any suggestions on the filtering.
