Another quick fix that can take less overhead on the postfix box is to just discard the reject message. Proven fact that it takes less connection time to discard a message than reject it. Not suggesting doing this on a permanent basis but you could save a lot of trouble by using this as a quick fix. In your header check file you could put something like this....
