I think it's one more tool in the box. It won't help fight spam (more rejections) at this point and for the foreseeable future because it's not widely enough adopted, no critical mass, especially by the most commonly forged BigISPs who don't publish SPF records. If we can't reject because of no PTR or bad HELO at this late date, how can reject because of no SFP records? SPF may help decide that a msg is legit, if you want to trust (but no more than a DUNNO) an ESD that publishes SFP records. Len
