Yes.

And I looked at the timing.  The first anti-virus update that would have
caught this one came out over an hour after the machine was infected.  So
even with an anti-virus gateway running multiple engines, this one in a
zip file would have gotten through.

Nothing is perfect.

In the end, it is still a user failure, even though they deny it.
