On that server, mx1, it does show pcre. On our other gateway, it does not,
although I installed them the same way. So the answer is yes, but now I
guess I need to make Postfix again on mx2. Is there an easy way to do that?

It this line 10?  Looks like PCRE to me.  If so, do you have PCRE support 
compiled in (postconf -m)?
