It has been listed but spamcop de-lists the server if reports stop, so some
time in the period the server was listed this message was rejected.   On
their system it reads
this system has been reported about 240 times by less than 10 users. It has
been sending mail consistently for at least 46.0 days. In the past 14.7
days, it has been listed 3 times for a total of 13.6 days

When I look at spamcop.net with the above url link, it says the server is =
not listed yet it is being blocked... any ideas??
