I have tested this quick fix for bug 4834 in stable IMP. All my
tests were positive and as far as I can tell the "encodeAddress"
function in horde/lib/Horde/MIME.php is only used by IMP and MIMP.
But we shall see if our users find any bugs with the fix over the
next couple of days. :-)
Why the patch? As the bug report states, this was fixed almost 2 months ago:
