I've finally solved this "problem". There is no problem in horde code, it was
just a configuration issue. After properly configuration of servers.php:
'quota' => array(
'driver' => 'cyrus'
)
in my firsts tests everything works as expected (with both courier and cyrus
drivers), with no changes.
